You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

Payment Terms

• BuilderPulse is available at $499/month
• Billing occurs on a monthly basis
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• No refunds are provided for partial months

Service Modifications

BuilderPulse reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Limitation of Liability

BuilderPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
